建筑构件耐火试验炉的主要功能是模拟实际火灾对构件进行受火试验,它需要温度、压力完全符合国际ISO834标准和GB9978-88的要求。利用组态王6.0软件开发的自动控制系统可以完全满足上述要求,克服人工操作存在的控制精度差的缺点,并且可以减少污染、节约燃料及人工成本,具有很大的实用价值。

The main function of fire test furnace for building elements is testing the fire-resistance ability of the building elements by simulating the real fire at standard temperature.It requires that the temperature and the pressure must be in accordance with ISO834 and GB9978-88 completely.The automatic contnol system,which is developed by the software of Kingview 6.0,can fulfill all the above requirements.It can not only overcome the disadvantage of low precision caused by manual control,but can also reduce the pollution and save fuel and labour cost.Therefore,it has great value in practice.
