摘要
将计算机技术、自动控制技术和通讯技术综合于一体,研制了多分支管道中气固两相流流量的DCS控制系统,在支管分流流量的控制过程中采用了专家控制和模糊控制的智能控制策略,具有反应速度快、稳定性好和控制精度高的特点,并且对于输送过程操作参数的变化具有较强的适应性,实现了流量的在线自动控制,为气力输送系统在具体生产工艺过程中的应用奠定了基础。
The computer technology, auto\|control technology and communication technology are all used in pneumatic conveying DCS control system, which controls the gas\|solid two\|phase flow rate in multi\|branched pipe. An expert system and fuzzy control strategy are adopted in the branch pipe flow rate control system to get rapid response, high stability and control precision, and strong adaptability for the change of operating parameters. The on line control system provides the basis for application of pneumatic conveying system on practicing manufacture process.
