摘要
微型评价中整颗粒催化剂评价系统在国内尚属空白,开发新型的10~50ml整颗粒银催化剂评价系统有很大的发展前景.针对该系统的具体情况,提出了采用串级控制算法,并且外环采用模糊控制算法,内环采用PID控制算法,使之在提高控制精度的同时,又在集散控制系统中易于实现,该算法不依赖于被控对象的精确数学模型,在提高系统控制精度的情况下,克服了大滞后时间对控制系统稳定性的影响,解决了一般控制算法需要较精确数学模型和不易稳定的困难.
Up to now, there is the complete blank in the field of evaluation of full grain catalyzer in minitype evaluation in China. According to the condition of the evaluation system, it gives a control algorithm based on cascade control, and outside gives fuzzy control algorithm, inside gives PID control algorithm. Then the control precision can be improved and it is easy to realize in DCS system. This algorithm does not depend on the precision math model of undercontrolled object. It not only improves the control precision of system but also overcomes the effect to the stability of control system brought by time-delay. Then this algorithm solves the difficulty in the normal control algorithm such as the need of precise math model, difficulty to stable.
