摘要
介绍了可靠性预计与可靠性设计的若干概念,提出了磁势自平衡回馈补偿式直流传感器的可靠性模型。基于可靠性模型对该直流传感器进行了可靠性分析,并提出了改进系统可靠性的措施。该直流传感器平均无故障时间达到了13037h,其正常工作100h的可靠度为99.2%。
Some concepts of reliability estimation and reliability design are introduced.The reliability model ofDC sensor based on self-balance of magnetic potential and feedback compensation is presented.The reliabilityanalysis of DC sensor based on its reliability model is processed,and the methods used to improve the system reli-ability are presented.The MTBF(mean time between failures) of the DC sensor based on self-balance of magneticpotential and feedback compensation reaches 13037 hours,and its reliability of 100 hours working without failuresapproaches 99.2%.
