摘要 光纤光栅(FBG)是目前最有发展前途、最具有代表性的光纤无源器件之一。它具有抗电磁干扰、耐腐蚀、灵敏度高、质量轻、体积小和便于复用、成网等独特优点。在各种物理量的传感应用上有着广阔前景。采用了跟踪反馈电路与光学小波滤波器相结合的方法对传感信号进行解调,扫描频率高,提高了检测灵敏度,适合于微小振动的测量。为了提高系统测量的准确性和实时性,系统在虚拟仪器中进行了相关数据信息处理。 FBG is one of the most potential and typical passive components.Its special advantages of anti-interference of electromagnetic wave,erosion preventive,high sensitivity,small volume,portability and convenience to network makes people believe its huge potential in various physical parameters detecting fields.The aim of this paper is to design the feedback circuits and integrate it with optical wavelet filter,realizing the demodulation of the sensing signals.Scanning frequency of the detected.In order to make the system more accurate and real-time,the related picking data are processed under the labview environment.
