摘要
介绍了SCADA系统的工作原理,并提出了主从式SCADA系统的网络拓扑。设计了一主站多从站的水厂监控系统,主站采用轮巡的方式与从站进行数据交互,并通过VBA实现报表的自生成和Web的自发布。运行表明,系统具有数据传送错误率低、扩展性强和对环境变化鲁棒性高等优点,适于对数据传输时间要求不苛刻的工业案例。
Principle of SCADA system is introduced and network topology of master/slave SCADA(M/S-SCADA)is given. A monitoring system of water supply plant is designed. Master station receives the data from the slave stations in a cycling way. The functions of report auto-generating and web self-publishing are realized with VBA technology. System running shows that M/S-SCADA has the advantages of lower transmitting data radio, more expansibility, and higher robustness to the environmental changes, which can be applied in non-realtime applications.
