摘要
散斑干涉、全息等光学测量技术的广泛应用,推动了相位去包裹研究的快速发展,迄今为止已提出了多种相位去包裹算法。文中对去包裹算法的研究进行了综述,简要叙述了各种算法的基本思想和方法步骤,并对它们进行了分析比较。
The study on phase unwrapping gets great advance with the rapid application of optical metrology, such as speckle pattern interfermetry, holography and so on. Hitherto, many phase unwrapping algorithms have been proposed. A review of the study on phase unwrapping is given, and the principles and approaches of many algorithms are described. Some analyses and comparison among the algorithms are completed also.
