摘要
针对啤酒发酵温度过程控制具有大时滞、非线性以及多扰动等特点,提出了基于T-S模糊辨识模型的多变量动态矩阵预测控制方案。结果表明该控制方案对模型精度要求不高,但控制效果良好。
The fermentation temperature control system is such an system with large delay and non-linear. It discusses the design of controller based on T-S model and dynamic prediction. The experimental results indicate that the new controller can largely improve the quality even if without accurate control model.
