摘要
微/纳米级磨损测量是纳米摩擦学和内燃机测试技术的研究热点,是国家重点支持和发展的技术之一。叙述了微/纳米级磨损测量研究的电容方法和传感器原理,重点论述对汽车发动机气缸套磨损测量的特殊平行板电容传感器电容值计算和信号处理方法,给出了初步的实验测试结果与分析。
Micro-nanometer wearing measurement is a research hot as a cross of nano-tribology and inner combustion engine testing technique. It is one of the techniques supported and developed by nation emphatically. The capacitive method and the principle of sensor for micro-nanometer wearing measurement are described. Capacitance value calculation of the special plate capacitive sensor for measuring cylinder bore wearing thickness and signal processing method are discussed in detail. Initial experimental testing results are analyzed.
