摘要
介绍了透射光脉动法测量颗粒系粒径大小和浓度的基本原理和主要研究进展。由于装置简单,该方法在实际工业生产中具有很好在线检测的应用前景。文中对影响其粒径和浓度测量上下限的因素进行了讨论,并初步探讨了将该方法用于测量多分散和高浓度颗粒系方面的可行性。
A optical method for particle sizing and concentration,the so-called light transmission fluctuation method,is presented.For on-line monitoring in industrial scale,this principle is robust,simple and reliable due to its low cost and good flexibility.Several factors limiting measurement range of particle size and concentration are also discussed in detail.Furthermore,the feasibility of application of this method to measurement of polydisperse and high concentrated particle systems is predicted.
