摘要
基于炼钢过程中碳氧反应的特征,提出利用炉口光强信息进行转炉炼钢终点判断。介绍了基于单片机的炉口光强采集系统,通过实验找到炼钢过程中炉口光强特征的变化规律,并提出了一些抗干扰的措施。在实验的基础上,实现了一种新型的、基于炉口光强信息的、低成本、简单可靠能够适应炼钢现场恶劣环境的终点在线测量控制方法及测试系统。
Based on the character of carbon-oxygen reaction in steelmaking process, a new end-point judging method is proposed, in which the light intensity from the furnace mouth is used. The system based on microprocessor to measure the light intensity from the furnace mouth is introduced. The regular variation of light intensity in steelmaking process is found by experiments, and ways to anti-jamming are suggested. The on-line testing system realized is low cost, simple and efficient, and adapted to bad environment of steel-making site.
