Setting-up of model of recovery-logistics of waste steel

根据金属平衡原理,按照废钢铁产生的三个来源,通过引入废钢生成率,建立了废钢铁的三种生成模型:返回废钢生成模型、加工废钢生成模型和折旧废钢生成模型;通过引入废钢比和废钢单耗,建立了炼钢用废钢消耗量模型。利用以上模型,可以有效预测废钢生成量和消耗量。

Based on the theory of the metal balance, according to the three sources of waste steel, through introducing the producing rate ,this paper sets up the three produced-model of returned ,processing and depreciation waste steel .By introducing waste steel rate and unit consumption of waste steel the article, sets up consumed-model of waste steel. Using the above model, the production and consumption of waste steel, can be predicted effectively.
