针对WebGIS需要解决功能和数据的共享问题,阐述了基于WebService框架开发GISWeb服务的优点;根据数据和功能分别在网络中的位置不同提出了服务的几种结构,并分别介绍了各服务的优点和缺点;根据现在各种GISWeb服务的实现不同方法概括了GISWeb服务几种实现方法,分别说明了它们的发展情况和优缺点。

One of the difficult problems of WebGIS is the share of data and function because the construction of data and function is not united but .net workstation can shield the difference of data and function and form relax coupling construction. In this paper,the function base of WebGIS is composed by introducing GIS in Web Service frame based on Web Service frame. According to the basic construction of service, this paper sets forth the construction of Web GIS service and the theory of realization method.
