摘要 通过对大气环境评价因子及方法的探讨,分析模糊综合评价方法的优越性,首次采用模糊数学方法,对阜新市及各个环境功能区大气质量污染现状进行评价。用普通赋权法对污染物权值进行确定,然后采用最大隶属度原则和模糊距离最小趋近原则对污染状况定级。由此得出了比使用综合指数法更加符合实际的评价结果,同时针对具体情况对此结果进行了简单的分析。 The paper decides to use fuzzy mathematics to evaluate the atmospheric environment in FU XIN after comparing and demonstrating several other methods, and disserts on the fundamental principle to use it. It is the first time that we use fuzzy mathematics to evaluate the atmospheric environment in the whole area and in four different departs, and we also discuss the result in depth. During the fuzzy quality evaluation, it uses the method composing the right law to fix to polluting real right value ordinarily and adopting the most heavy to under the jurisdiction of degrees of principal and fuzzy from minimum convergence principle to pollute state define the level. As the result, it has drawn more real than to use the law of composite index appraisal result. And also the paper carries on simple analysis to this result to the concrete conditions at the same time.
