摘要
为了攻克污染率居高不下这一难题,摆脱了传统香菇栽培采取完全熟料,绝对无菌的培养模式,并结合发酵料栽培其它食用菌的原理,以香菇发酵料为基质,采用不同的热力处理方式,对香菇菌丝和两种主要霉菌进行接种培养,结果表明:香菇发酵料经100℃热力处理0.5至5小时,可有效抑制两种主要霉菌的生长,同时对香菇菌丝生长发育无明显不良影响。这一结论将会使香菇代用料袋栽建立一种新的模式,
Scent mushroom is in became industry of process, when production season air temperature is higher, polluting rate reside high not next, make the production of the scent mushroom suffer the tremendous restrict. For overrunning this question, we got away from the traditional scent mushrooms cultivation adopts the completely familiar material cultivation way. Using the principle of ferment cultivate the other edible germ, the paper with the scent mushroom ferment material as the basic matter, adopt the different thermodynamic handle ways, proceeds to inoculate to educate with the scent mushroom and its two kinds of main molds.Result enunciation: the scent mushroom ferment material through 100 celsius degree` s thermodynamic handle way from 30 minutes to 5 hours. It can repress the growth of two kinds of main mold effectively. At the same time the growth of scent mushroom have no affect obviously. This conclusion will make scent mushroom substitute’s bag plant to establish a kind of new cultivation way.
