摘要
为了分析采煤机滚筒瞬时载荷的波动情况,通过建立采煤机单个截齿受力和滚筒载荷数学模型的方法,并利用计算机模拟技术,对采煤机不同截深下的截割过程进行模拟。获得了滚筒在不同截深工况的载荷和波动系数变化特征。针对MG-300型采煤机的某种滚筒进行模拟分析,得出了实际应用中降低滚筒载荷波动系数的措施,并且为采煤机的动态设计及优化设计提供了必要的手段。
To analyses the fluctuant situation of the instanteous loads of the drum of the shearer,by means of setting up mathematical models of forces on a pick and loads on a drum,computer simulation technology is used to simulate the process of different depth cutting.The features of different depth loads and loads fluctuation quotiety on the drums of shearesr axe obtained.The method of reducing the fluctuation quotiety of the drum are obtained in practice through simulating and analyzing the drum loads and fluctuation quotiety of MG-300shearer thus providing a essential method for dynamic design and optimal design of the shearer.
