摘要
为了提高连续采煤机工作机构的设计效率和工作性能,采用相似理论和单因素试验的方法,对连续采煤机滚筒的结构特点和工作状况分析,建立了以截割比能耗、载荷波动系数、煤岩块度和生产率为目标函数的多目标、多变量、复合约束的工作机构优化模型,该模型为提高工作机构的设计质量和设计效率以及生产中合理选择工作参数提供了一定的理论依据。
To improve design efficiency and working performance of a continuous miner drum,an optimization model of multiple objects,variables and constraints with adopts the similar algorithm and single factor method,of operating mechanism of continuous miner is established on the basis of analysis of the structural feature and operating conditions of cutting drum,which regards specific energy consumption,load fluctuation coefficient, coal fragmentation degree and productivity ratio as object functions.The model provides the basis of theory for improving design quality of cutting drum and selecting proper operating parameters in course of cutting.
