LNG Industry Chain in China

液化天然气是气田开采出来的天然气，经过脱水、脱酸性气体和重烃类，然后压缩、膨胀、液化而成的低温液体。LNG是天然气的一种独特的储存和运输形式，它有利于天然气的远距离运输、有利于边远天然气的回收、降低天然气的储存成本、有利于天然气应用中的调峰。同时，由于天然气在液化前进行了净化处理，所以它比管道输送的天然气更为洁净。液化天然气工业链是非常庞大的，主要包括天然气液化、储存、运输、接收终端、气化站等，见图1。……

In this article:LNG industry chain composes of LNG plant,terminal,stor- age device,transporting vehicle and gasifying station.Although China starts LNG development only several years,it has established a some achievements in all the fields of the chain.We have built 2 LNG plants in Zhongyuan and Xinjiang respectively,and a peak-adjusting station in Shanghai;and 2 LNG terminal projects is being constructed,other 10-some terminals are gong to be built in the future;China made LNG containers and tank car have been used in LNG transporting;even most advanced LNG carriers will be built in Shanghai; in Suzhou and Zibo,two middle scale cities,the technology of gasifying station has gotten satisfied usage,LNG car,and LNG bus begin trial driving in many cities. But,there are a lot of works for China's LNG industry.4 urgent technologies should be paid more attention:small scale liquefying equipment,cryogenic energy utilization,to build the key equipment in the LNG chain in China,and developing new energy-saving liquefying process.And one must he cognizant of the characteristics of LNG industry,i.e.it's specialization,socialization, and internationalization.
