蛇床子挥发油β-环糊精包合物制备工艺研究

The research on the preparation technology of the She-Chuang-Zi's volatile oil β-CD inclution compound

目的寻求蛇床子挥发油的稳定化措施。方法采用饱和溶液合并超声法制备包合物。同时经正交试验法,以挥发油β-CD包合物的包结率为指标,考察最佳的包合物制备工艺,采用薄层层析法鉴定包合物的形成。结果蛇床子挥发油的β-CD包合物最佳制备工艺为挥发油加10倍量β-CD,在40℃时,超声包结1.5h。结论蛇床子挥发油包合物制备工艺可行。

OBJECTIVE Questing the stabilizing measures about the She-Chuang-Zi's volatile oil.METHOD Adopting both saturated solution and ultrasonic technique to prepare Saturated Substance.At the meantime,it is by crossing test to see about the best preparation technology of the inclution compound according to the volatile oil β-CD' inclution compound quotiety which is the guide line;using the thin-alyer layer-dialysis to checkup the formation of inclution complex.RESULTS The best preparation technology of the She-Chuang-Zi's volatile oil β-CD' inclution compound is:the volatile lil needing to add 10 times β-CD,the ultrasonic inclution compound being 1.5 hours.CONCLUSION The preparation technology of the volatile oil inclution compound is feasible.
