妇炎净洗液的制备及应用

Preparation and clinic of Fuyanjing lotion

目的观察自制妇炎净洗液对外阴炎、霉菌性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎和非特异性阴道炎的疗效。方法用试管法测定妇炎净最低抑菌浓度(MIC),临床观察186例外阴炎、霉菌性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎和非特异性阴道炎患者治疗效果。结果妇炎净洗液对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的MIC为1∶16,属于高度敏感;临床186例外阴炎、霉菌性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎和非特异性阴道炎患者经妇炎净治疗后有效率达92.47%。结论妇炎净洗液对外阴炎、霉菌性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎和非特异性阴道炎患者疗效良好,安全可靠。

OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of Fuyanjing lotion to treat vulvitis,colpitis mycotica,trichomonas vaginitis,and non-specificity vaginitis.METHOD Retrospectively observe the therapeutic effect of 186 patients with vulvitis,colpitis mycotica,trichomonas vaginitis,or non-specificity vaginitis by testing the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration(MIC) of Fuyanjing lotion by test tube method.RESULT The MIC of Fuyanjing lotion to Staphylococcus aureus and Blastomyces albicans is 1:16,that is hypersensitive;of 186 patents,92.47%were crued.CONCLUSION Fuyanjing lotion is a well effective and safe medicine to treat vulvitis,colpitis mycotica,trichomonas vaginitis,and non-specificity vaginitis.
