巴氯芬对腰椎间盘突出症急性发作期抗痉挛作用的临床观察

The clinical observation of "baclofen" on the anti-spastic effect of acute paroxysm of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

目的探讨巴氯芬对改善腰突症急性发作期的肌痉孪症状的效果。方法观察组采用理疗加药物:(1)理疗:腰椎牵引+电脑中频,每天一次,每次各20min。(2)药物:选用国产巴氯芬(枢芬),起始剂量每次5mg,每天三次,酌情每三天增加5mg/d,可加至30mg/d。对照组为腰椎牵引加电脑中频。以上二组均10d为一疗程,共观察二个疗程。结果经过二个疗程的治疗后,二组患者整体水平均有提高,但观察组各项指标均优于对照组。结论在腰突症急性期有肌痉挛症状者,不失时机地介入巴氯芬治疗,对缓解肌痉挛,提高康复疗效是有价值的。

OBJECTIVE To study the anti-spastic effect of 'baclofen ' on acute paroxysm of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.METHODS The observation group adopt physical therapy and the drug:(1) physical therapy:lumbar intervertebral traction and computer intermediate frequency,qd,20 min every time.(2) Drug;to adopt native drug- 'baclofen',original dosage 5mg every time,tid,take the circumstances into consideration add 5mg/d,and plus to 30mg/d finally.The control group should use lumbar intervertebral traction and computer intermediate frequency.The two groups above both last for ten days,to observe two periods of the treatment together.RESULT After the therapy of two periods of the treatment,the patients in two groups both have advanced on total level,but the effect of the observation group is better than the control group's on each guideline of item.CONCLUSION To use 'baclofen' in the treatment appropriately on the patients who have acute period of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with muscle spasm.It is valuable to improve the effect of the rehabilitation,and release the muscle spasm.
