摘要
目的考察浓碘酊的稳定性。方法分别按碘与碘化钾剂量比例1∶0.2;1∶0.4;1∶0.6配制三种碘酊溶液,分别标记A液,B液,C液,室温放置6个月,每月测定碘与碘化钾含量。结果 A液稳定性最差,第4个月碘含量就下降了10.77%,同时碘化钾含量上升了39.43%。余两液稳定性较好。结论提高碘化钾剂量能增加浓碘酊中碘的稳定性。
OBJECTIVE To study the stability of concentrated iodine tincture.METHOD Three concentrated iodine tincture solution were prepared for according to ratio between iodine and potassium iodide of dose 1:0.2、1:0.4 and 1:0.6,and named as solution A、B and C,respectively.Storing at room temerature for six months,contents of iodine and potassium iodide were determined once a monthly.RESULTS Solution A was the most bad stability,its content of iodine decreased 10.77%,and potassium iodide increased 39.43%at 4th month.Both solution B and C were more good stability.CONCLUSION Increasing potassium iodide dose could enhance the stability of iodine in concentrated iodine tincture.
