不同剂量氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的疗效比较

The study on the efficacy of different dosages of Flunarizine in Patients with Migraine Disease

目的比较不同剂量氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法偏头痛病人174例,随机分为两组,5mg组88例,口服氟桂利嗪胶囊5mg,每晚睡前1次;10 mg组86例,口服氟桂利嗪胶囊10 mg,每晚睡前1次;两组疗程均为2个月。结果两组近期总有效率分别为92%、94%(P>0.05),5mg组无不良反应病例,10 mg组有14例出现不良反应。结论口服氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛疗效肯定,但剂量增加会导致不良反应,以选择口服氟桂利嗪胶囊5mg,每晚睡前1次治疗更佳。

OBJECTIVE To compare the effects of different dosages of Flunarizine in the treatment of Migraine.METHODS174 patients with Migraine were randomly divided into the trial group(n = 88) and the control group(n = 86).Patients in the trial group took 1 tablet of 5mg strength Flunarize every night prior to sleep.Patients in the control group took 2 tablets of 5mg strenght Flunarize every night prior to sleep.The treatment couses last 8 wk.RESULTS The short term cure rates were 92%in the trial group and 94%in the control group.There is no significant difference between two groups(P > 0.05).Adverse reactions did not occur in the trial group but 14 out of 86 patients found in the control group.CONCLUSION The night effects of Flunarizine is significant in the treatment of migraine but large dose resulted in adverse reactions.The treatment with Smg Flunarizine every night prior to sleep is a better selection for Migraine.
