宁波市警察的心理健康状况评估

目的评价宁波警察的心理状况。方法对宁波市259名警察进行调查,应用SCL-90、SDS、SAS、LES。结果宁波警察SDS与SAS病情指数中度以上的分别占9.32%与4.23%;警察SAS及SDS标准总分均显著高于全国常模,SCL-90的总分、总均分、阳性项目数及7个因子分均显著高于全国常模;不同年龄警察sAs相比有显著差异,而SCL-90相比仅躯体不适有显著差异,均以45岁以上组得分最高;各警种之间SDS、SAS、SCL-90均没有显著差异;生活事件量表工作学习中的压力大在发生频数及负性事件值总和中均排首位。结论宁波警察的心理健康状况不佳,45岁以上的警察最突出。警种不同对宁波警察的心理健康状况影响不大。工作压力大对宁波警察心理健康影响最大。

OBJECTIVE To evaluation psychological status of police of Ningbo.METHOD The SCL-90,SDS,SAS and LES were applied to 259 policemen of Ningbo.RESULT The pathogenetic ondition indexes of SDS and SAS above midrange are about 9.32%and 4.23%in seperately.The olicemen of Ningbo obtained higher SAS and SDS scores than the normal controls.They also had higher total score,total average score,positive numbers and seven factors in SCL-90 than normal.The scores of SAS of different age are quite different.There was only different in factor of body complaint.The age of 45 and above had the highest score.There were no differences in scores of different divisions.High workload was on the top either in the frequency or in the sum of negative events.CONCLUSION The psychological status of policemen of Ningbo were not very well especially in age of 45 and above.There was no obviosly difference in different divisions.High workload seems to be the most important factor on policemen's mental health.
