摘要
介绍了馏分油氧化脱硫技术的新进展。氧化脱硫反应体系主要包括双氧水(氧化剂)与羧酸(催化剂)或粉末固体催化剂体系、光催化氧化体系、分子氧氧化体系、固定床催化氧化体系等。含硫化合物在不同反应体系中的反应活性顺序不同,而且溶剂对含硫化合物的脱除也有很大的影响。氧化脱硫技术具有反应条件温和、不使用昂贵的氢气、投资和操作费用低等优点,与加氢脱硫技术组合可实现超深度脱硫。
The recent advances in the oxidative desulfurization process for petroleum fractions were introduced.The system of oxidative desulfurization includes oxidant such as hydrogen peroxide and powder solid catalyst,photooxidation,oxidation with molecular oxygen fixed bed catalytic oxidation,etc. The activity order of sulfur-containing compounds in petroleum fractions depends on the reaction systems,and the organic solvents also affect the removal of sulfur-containing compounds.It is proposed that the oxidative desulfurization process is an effective and promising approach in deep desulfurization of petroleum fractions due to its moderate reactive conditions,without hydrogen used,bringing about a low investment and operation cost.An ultra-low content of sulfur in engine fuels could be achieved by the oxidative desulfurization coupled with the traditional hydrodesulfurization process.
