高产乳酸细菌发酵厨余垃圾生产乳酸的试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 应用从厨余垃圾中分离到的一株乳杆菌TD175作为接种菌株,强化厨余垃圾的乳酸发酵。在不控制pH值条件下厌氧发酵2d,菌株TD175可以得到9.20g/L的乳酸,比不接种的对照实验乳酸浓度高88%。菌株TD175发酵厨余垃圾的最适接种量为15%。采用原料不灭菌的开放式发酵比原料灭菌后再发酵更有利于提高乳酸产量。 A strain of Lactobacillus sp.,designated as TD175,which was isolated from kitchen waste,is used to enhance lactic acid fermentation in kitchen waste.The strain TD175 can produce 9.20g/L lactic acid with pH value uncontrolled after 2 days of anaerobic fermentation,and the production rate is 88% higher than that of the fermentation without inoculum(control).The optimal inoculum size for the strain TD175 is 15%.It is also found that the open fermentation of non-autoclaved kitchen waste can yield lactic acid at a relatively high concentration compared with the conventional fermentation of substrates autoclaved.
