摘要 研究了低水温条件下实现高效脱氮的可行性以及系统稳定运行的控制方式.采用了序批式(SBR)工艺研究了不同温度和运行周期对脱氮效果的影响.试验结果表明在15℃时,周期为8h和周期为12h的反应器在脱氮效果上没有明显区别.在低于7℃时,与周期为8h的对比发现周期为12h的反应器表现出较高的硝化速率和较低的反硝化速率.脱氮效果与温度降低之间的关系不是连续的.在硝化反应中温度系数θN=1.03(7~15℃),θN=1.41(3~7℃);反硝化反应中温度系数θDN=1.05(7~15℃),θDN=1.4(3~7℃).在3℃时,控制较低负荷0.07 kgBOD/(kgMLSS·d)可达到良好的脱氮效果. The feasibility of highly efficient nitrogen removal and control mode of stabilization run in system was studied.The effects of different temperatures and running cycles on nitrogen removal in SBR process were studied.Results show that there is no difference in nitrogen removal efficiency between 8h and 12h cycle reactors.When the temperature is below 7℃,the 12h cycle reactor shows a superior nitrification rate and a inferior denitrification rate in comparison to the 8h cycle reactor.The relationships between nitrogen removal effects and temperature drop are not continuous.For nitrification,the temperature correction factors are θ_N=1.03(15~7℃) and θ_N=1.41(7~3℃).For denitrification,the temperature correction factors are θ_(DN)=1.05(15~7℃) and θ_(DN)=1.4(7~3℃).At 3℃,a superior effect of the nitrogen removal can be reached if the BOD controlled at 0.07 kg BOD /(kgMLSS·d).
