高温熔融态氯化钠及硼酐水解过程的研究

摘要 研究了高温熔融状态下水蒸气与氯化钠、硼酐的水解反应。以氯化钠中氯离子作为反应的转化率指标,研究了温度、硼酐与氯化钠摩尔配比、蒸汽流量及反应时间改变对反应的影响。证明反应温度800℃以上,当两种物质均处于熔融状态后,反应转化率很容易达到到95%以上。以水解过程为基础,提出了与硼镁矿制硼酸相结合的新生产工艺。 The molten hydrolytic reaction between sodium chloride and boron oxide at high temperature was studied.Some reaction conditions,which include temperature,molar ratio of B_2O_3 to NaCl,and flow rate of water vapor,were studied.It was proved that the conversion of NaCl easily went to above 95% when NaCl and B_2O_3 were molten at above 800℃.A new process was put forward in combination of this reaction with boric acid making from magnesium and boron mineral.
