摘要 直接将霉菌R.oryzae IFO细胞应用于催化大豆油脂转酯合成生物柴油,并对其反应条件进行了优化.在反应所需甲醇分3次等量加入、醇油摩尔比1:1、反应温度35℃、缓冲液用量0.05mL/g油,缓冲液pH值范围3.6~6.98,生物柴油(脂肪酸甲酯)最终得率可达86%. The whole cells of R.oryzae IFO 4697 were adopted directly as biocatalyst into the transesterification system of producing biodiesel from soybean oil,and the effects of different reaction conditions on the transesterification were opitimized.The methanolysis of soybean oil was conducted by three-step addition of one molar equivalent of methanol and under the optimized conditions as follows:1∶1 of molar ratio of methanol to oil,35V,0.05mL/g of buffer based on soybean oil weight,3.6~6.98 of pH value,and the maximal yield could be reached as 86%.
