ZL111合金低温浇注组织演变

Microstructural Evolution of ZL111 by Low Temperture Casting

摘要 研究了ZL111铝合金在近液相线的温度保温后的组织.结果表明:随着保温时间的延长,固相组织逐渐从最初的树枝晶经蔷薇状向颗粒状晶粒转变,在605℃保温40min时,可以得到满足半固态加工要求的细小,均匀的团粒状非枝晶组织.
