镁合金产品及生产应用技术开发平台建设

摘要 以摩托车轮毂为例,介绍基于现代设计制造技术的镁合金产品及生产应用技术开发平台的技术线路.在该平台上进行的镁合金摩托车轮毂的开发结果表明:通过产品服役状态分析、材料替代和工艺设计,挤压铸造镁合金轮毂完全满足铸造生产、服役性能要求.采用该平台进行铸件产品开发,可以大幅度缩短镁合金产品及其生产工艺开发的周期,降低开发风险和成本. The technique ways of application platform for production of Mg alloy components based on modern design and manufacturing technology were described by the analysis of motorcycle wheel.The results show that Mg alloy motorcycle wheel in squeezing casting can fully meet the requirements of production and service performance through the analysis of product service performance and material substitution and processing design.The developed period can be greatly decreased based on the technique platform,dropping the developing -risk and cost.
