摘要
Genomeshuffling技术是在传统诱变基础上,通过细胞融合技术,对诱变后的微生物细胞进行基因组重组,从而使具有正向突变的菌株将其优点结合在一起,进而提高微生物细胞的正向突变频率及正向突变速度。本文论述了Genomeshuffling的基本原理、技术过程以及该项技术的应用与发展前景。
Genome shuffling is a process that combines the advantage of multi-parental crossing allowed by DNA shuffling with the recombination of entire genomes normally associated with conventional breeding. In this paper, the principle of genome shuffling was reviewed, the major technical problems such as mutation, protoplast, regeneration and recursive protoplast were discussed, and the progress of this technique in microbial breeding was illustrated.
