Integrated Bridge Rating - Inspection - Detection Knowledge - Based System (iBRIDGES)
摘要
随着我国国家公路系统在过去15年的迅速发展,桥梁的安全运行和维护已被人们越来越多地注意.为了帮助管理决策人员权衡可用预算和资金的分配,研究人员提出了这个以认识为基础的系统-iBRIDGES,它综合了数据收集、记录保存、风险评价、不确定性评估、成本政策等各项功能.
