摘要
采用臭氧消耗值为零,全球变暖值(GWP)低于0.001的环戊烷为物理发泡剂,替代严重破坏臭氧层的氯氟烃(CFCS):CFC-11、CFC-12及二氯甲烷,研制试生产了环保软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料.依据GB10802-1989标准检验为一等品,产品广泛应用于沙发坐垫、席梦思床垫,汽车、火车坐垫及靠背等.并针对环戊烷易燃易爆和在极性聚醚多元醇中溶解性差的特点,采取措施研制出生产方案.
This article have studied and produced the pollutionfree soft urethane polyester foamed plastics,by the use of cyclopentane as physical foaming agent,which the figure of consumed ozone reachs to zero,GWP is less than 0.001.And the cyclopentane replaces the CFCS,which destory seriously the layer of ozne,such as CFC-11,CFC-12 and methylene dichloride.According to GB 10802—1989,this kind of plastics is regarded as first-class,and will be used extensively in the cushions of sofas,mattresses,the cushions and backrest of cars,trains and so on.Moveover,based on the feature of cyclopentane:combusible,explosive and poor solubility in polar polyether polyols,we have designed its producing scheme.
