气相色谱法分析花绒坚甲脂肪酸成分

Analyse the Component of Dastarcus longulus Sharp's Fatty Acid by Gas Chromatogram

采用气相色谱法,对花绒坚甲成虫的脂肪酸进行了定量、定性分析。其脂肪酸组成分别为油酸 59．93％、亚油酸19．33％、亚麻酸3．91％、棕榈酸10．87％、棕榈油酸3．13％、硬脂酸2．83％,不饱和脂肪酸含量达83．17％,特别是油酸相对含量较高,花绒坚甲可作为优质的脂肪酸源。

In this paper, the fatty acids in the adult of Dastarcus longulus sharp is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by gas chromatogram. The fatty acids consist of 59. 93% oleic acid, 19. 33% linoleic acid, 3. 91% linolenic, 10. 87% palmitic acid, 3. 13% palmitoleic acid and 2. 83% stearic acid. The percentage of unsaturated fatty acids is 83. 17% ; especially the percentage oleic acid is higher than the others. In conclusion, Dastarcus longulus Sharp can be a valuable and available source supplying with fatty acids.
