摘要
以小麦为试材,研究了高钾对小麦幼苗生长的毒害以及外源钙对小麦幼苗生长过程中毒害的缓解作用及其机理。结果表明,高浓度的钾对小麦幼曲的生长有毒害作用,外源硝酸钙能够相对提高高钾胁迫条件下小麦幼苗叶片内超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶等细胞保护酶的活性,抑制膜过氧化作用产物丙二醛的积累,同时还发现外源硝酸钙能够提高幼苗体内的游离脯氨酸的含量,从而提高了小麦幼苗对高钾胁迫的适应性。
This paper studied the poison of the high potassium to the growth of wheat seedlings,and the alleviation of calcium on the poison and its mechanism.Calcium that this experiment adopted was Ca(NO_3)_2.Results showed that under the condition of high potassium stress,the growth of wheat seedling was inhibited and calcium could improve the activity of SOD,POD,CAT.Calcium also decreased the accumulation of MDA increased the content of prolixne in wheat seedlings.Hence, calcium can improve ablity of wheat seedling to adapte high concentration of K^1-stress.
