摘要
在不施加污染物的大田试验条件下,研究了 Cu、Pb、Cd 在4个冬小麦品种(豫麦18、豫麦34、豫麦49和豫麦50)植株体内的积累变化规律。结果表明,Cu 在小麦生育期间的积累随生育进程呈不断增加的趋势,且在灌浆中期达最大值,之后又逐渐下降;Pb 的积累动态呈先降后升的"V"字型变化,并在成熟期达上最大值;Cd的积累动态表现为升高-降低-升-缓慢降低的变化特点,且与 Cu 一样,其积累高峰期也出现在灌浆中期。在不同生育时期,上述3种重金属在4个供试冬小麦品种植株体内的积累量表现出一定差异。
The rule of accumulation for copper,plumbum and cadmium in four types winter wheat plant was studied in field.The results showed that the accumulation of copper showed an increase current in procreate stage of wheat,and achieved maxium in mid filling stage,and then declined gradually;Accumulation of plumbum showed decrease and then increase current as'V',and achieved maxium in mature stage;Accumulation of cadmium showed increase before and decrease after, increase again and decrease slowly,and achieved maxium in mid filling stage like copper's.The accumulation of three heavy metal in four types winter wheat plant had definite difference in different procreate stage.
