SO_4^(2-)化肥对黄瓜叶片生长及超微结构的影响

摘要 研究了 SO_4~2化肥及不同施用量对黄瓜叶片生长和超微结构的影响。结果表明,SO_4~2化肥的过量施用对黄瓜叶片生长有不良影响,SO_4~2化肥的量越高,不良影响越大;但对叶片叶绿体数目影响不大。SO_4~2化肥施用量过高时主要影响叶绿体的大小和淀粉粒的数目、体积,并破坏叶绿体基粒片层。 The effects of SO_4^(2-)-fertilizer and its dosage on growth and development,ultrastructure of cucumber leaf was studied.The results showed that SO_4^(2-)-fertilizer haddestrimentaleffect on growth and development of cucumber leaf,but no effect on chloroplast number.Application of excessive SO_4^(2-)fertilizer influences the form of chloroplast and number and size of starch grain,and relults in harm to grana lamella.
