摘要
普通车床卡盘扳手完成工件装夹后,有可能未取出扳手就启动电源,容易造成生产安全事故。普通车床设卡盘扳手互锁安全装置针对此情况而设计。在生产实践中将这种装置成功应用在多种型号的普通车床上,可以杜绝此类安全事故的发生。
After plain lathe completes its work holder, if the chuck wrench isn't drawn out because of various reasons, personal or equipment accidents will happen. Interlocked safety device of chuck wrench in plain lathe is designed to this situation. Applying this device successfully in production can prevent all the accidents.
