摘要
分析了产权交易中国有资产的流失现象,提出了国有资产效率流失的观点。认为健全产权交易市场是防止国有资产流失的重要途径。
This paper analyzes loss of state assets in property rights exchange, puts forward the efficiency olss of state assets. It thinks that improving property rights exchange market is a very important method to prevent loss of state assets.
