摘要 INK4 a/ARF基因编码有两个独立的蛋白,即p16INK4 a和p14ARF。其中p14ARF对MDM2-p53通路具有关键性调控作用。在人类的很多肿瘤中发现p14ARF基因位点存在改变。随着国内外研究的增多,p14ARF成为肿瘤研究的热点,本文将对p14ARF的结构、抑癌机理及其功能失活机制作一综述。 INK4a/ARF locus encodes two products,p16INK4aand p14ARF,the later plays an important rolein controlling the MDM2-p53 tumor suppressor pathway.Inactivation of p14ARFgene happened frequently in hu-man cancers.With accumulation of study issues p14ARFhave become a hotspot.Here is a reviewof its structure,mechanism of tumor suppression and inactivation.
