摘要
针对某型弹射弹的结构特点,用RELEX软件建立了该弹射弹的瞎火故障树,并对其进行了定性分析和定量计算。定性分析结果表明,主装药存储条件、纸垫圈厚度、装药工艺、密封盖加工工艺是该弹射弹设计和生产中的薄弱环节,应该采取严格控制措施,防止故障发生;通过对这些底事件的重要度计算,表明“主装药存储不符合要求”对弹射弹发火可靠度影响最大,应对该弹射弹的贮存条件加以重视;通过对该弹射弹瞎火概率的定量计算,得到了该弹射弹的瞎火概率为0.000 351,发火概率为0.999 649。以上结果表明,将RELEX软件用于弹射弹的故障树分析是可行的,所得结论对弹射弹的设计、生产、贮存、使用都具有重要的参考价值。
Based on structure characteristic of ejector cartridge,fault analysis has been made qualitatively and quantitatively using RELEX software.The qualitative analysis shows that the storage condition of the propelling charge,the thick of paper spacer,the charge technology and the gland fabrication technology should be controlled strictly.The quantitative analysis shows that storage condition of propelling charge is the most important factor,and should be pain enough attention to.According to the quantitative evaluation,the misfiring probability of this cartridge is 0.000 351,and its probability of firing is 0.999 649.It is concluded that the application of RELEX in the analysis of ejector cartridge is feasible,and the result is valuable to its design,production,storage and use.
