摘要 以纳米铝粉和纳米氧化钼为原料,采用超声分散混合的方法,制备了纳米复合含能材料Al-MoO3。利用扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱对原料和产物的结构进行了初步分析表征;进行了Al-MoO3撞击感度、火焰感度以及燃烧热性能试验。结果表明,该含能材料具有一定的撞击、火焰感度,是一种具有高的能量密度的纳米含能材料。 Metastable intermolecular composite(MIC) Al-MoO3 is prepared by immersing the powders in a solvent,and then mixing the Al and MoO3 with particle sizes in the nanometer range using an ultrasonic mixer.The energetic materials Al-MoO3 was analyzed by means of SEM and IR.On basis of characterization,The impact and flame sensitivity test and burning heat experiment of Al-MoO3 have been carried out.The study shows Al-MoO3 is a nanocomposite energetic materials with a certain sensitivity and high energy density.
