造血干细胞移植后早期感染的临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨造血干细胞移植(HSCT)后早期感染的临床特点。方法:回顾分析133例造血干细胞移植病人早期感染发生的时间、部位、病原学情况,并对相关危险因素进行分析。结果:103例(77·4%)发生早期感染,感染部位以口腔及咽部多见,但致病菌培养结果阳性率较低;治疗后预后较好。结论:感染仍是造血干细胞移植后主要并发症之一,需要积极治疗。
