UGT1A1 TATA突变对G6PD缺乏新生儿高胆红素血症的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨葡萄糖醛酸转移酶UGT1A1 TATA对葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)缺乏新生儿高胆红素血症(高胆)发病的作用。方法:测定109例新生儿G6PD活性及TATA基因型。用单链构象多态性分析(PCR-SSCP)检测TATA突变。结果:所有新生儿或TATA野生型新生儿中,G6PD缺乏组高胆发生率及其危险性增加。G6PD缺乏并存有TATA突变杂合子组的高胆发生率与G6PD正常且TATA为野生型组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0·05)。G6PD正常新生儿中,TATA突变杂合子组高胆发生率与TATA野生型组相比,差异亦无统计学意义(P>0·05)。结论:TATA基因型与新生儿高胆的发病无关。G6PD缺乏同时存在TATA突变杂合子的状态与新生儿高胆的发病亦无关。
