摘要
目的:探讨转录因子E2F-1 mRNA在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)技术检测E2F-1 mRNA在胃癌组、癌旁组和正常对照组中的表达情况,并联系临床病理特征进行分析。结果:胃癌组中E2F-1 mRNA的阳性表达率为72·4%(42/58),癌旁组为50·0%(29/58),正常对照组为27·9%(12/43),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0·05);E2F-1 mRNA在不同的临床分期、病理类型和有无淋巴结转移之间阳性表达率大致接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0·05)。结论:E2F-1 mRNA在胃癌组织中具有较高的表达量,其转录表达量与各类临床病理特征之间没有必然联系,提示E2F-1 mRNA的高表达可能与胃癌的发生有关。
Objective: To study the expression and clinical significance of E2F-1 mRNA in human primary gastric carcinomas and normal mucosa. Methods: The expression of target gene E2F-1 mRNA was detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR) technique in tumor tissues and correspondent normal mucosa of 58 gastric carcinoma cases as well as gastric mucosa of 43 normal cases.
