^(18)F-FDG PET/CT与CT检测鼻咽癌颅底骨浸润的比较

摘要 目的:探讨18F-FDG PET/CT与CT显像对鼻咽癌颅底骨浸润的诊断对比,为放射治疗靶区的勾画提供参考。方法:35例病理确诊为鼻咽癌且MRI示颅底骨有骨质破坏或信号有异常的患者,放疗前均行PET/CT及CT检查,并用双盲法将PET/CT与同期的CT诊断结果进行比较。结果:PET/CT与CT诊断鼻咽癌颅底骨浸润均为阳性14例,均为阴性10例,单纯CT诊断阴性11例,而PET/CT诊为阳性,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008)。结论:18F-FDG PET/CT显像对鼻咽癌颅底骨浸润的诊断优于CT,对放疗靶区的勾画有较大的指导作用。
