当前新建本科院校英语教育存在着师生比例过高、教师学历较低、英语四、六级考试功能异化、教学内容陈旧等问题,建议从提高学历、改革评价形式、加大实践学习等方面进行改革,以提高新建本科院校的英语教学质量。
