为地方经济发展服务是高等学校的职责,也是高校自身发展的需要。文章提出了促进高校科技成果转化、为地方经济发展服务的有效途径和方法。

Serving the development of the local economy is the duty of higher learning institutions and also the need of the development of the higher learning institutions. In this paper, some ways to accelerate the transformation of science and technology outcomes in higher learning institutions are put forth, aiming to serve the development of the local economy.
