摘要
UCP600的实施将对使用信用证的国际贸易双方产生重大的影响。文章在对UCP500和UCP600不同点分析的基础上,探讨了UCP600对进出口商的具体影响,为进出口商更好地保护自己的利益,提出了有益的建议。
The implementation of UCP600 will bring about great influence to both parties using letter of credit in the international trade. On the basis of analyzing the differences between the UCP500 and UCP600, this paper discusses the concrete influence that the importers-exporters suffer from the UCP600. Meanwhile, it also puts forward some useful suggestions so that the importers-exporters can protect their profits.
